    In 2022, Khurram Ismail visited India and was inspired by a charity food program dedicated to feeding children during the school day. This school meal charity, run by The Akshaya Patra Foundation, sparked the idea to launch a similar initiative in Pakistan.

    In 2023, Khurram Ismail visited the Library of Ibrahim Goth to discuss potential partnership opportunities for starting a feeding program.

    In May 2024, NourishEd started operations at the Library of Ibrahim Goth, initially providing meals to 90 children per day.

    By August 2024, just three months after launching our first feeding program at the Library of Ibrahim Goth, the number of children receiving meals doubled from 90 to 180. This remarkable 100% growth underscores the positive impact we're making on children's health and education.

    Expansion to Mehran Town, Reaching 206+ Additional Children

    By September 2024, building on our success at the Library of Ibrahim Goth, we expanded our feeding program to a second school in Mehran Town. This extension allowed us to provide nutritious meals to an additional 206+ children, significantly enhancing their health and educational opportunities.

  6. Students at TCF College being served meals through the NourishEd food support program

    NourishEd Expands to TCF College, Serving Additional 600 Students

    In September 2025, we launched the TCF College Food Support Program, extending our food initiatives to higher education for the first time. Through this program, 600 college-level students began receiving nutritious daily meals, ensuring they remain energized and focused on their academic goals. This milestone marks another step in linking nourishment with long-term educational success.
